Food Ethos

Understanding the origin of our ingredients is really important in order to do them justice and create something special for you. We always strive to source from local suppliers wherever possible, after all, local is tastier and fresh – it keeps the food miles down too!

80% of our meat and fish comes from UK producers, from Pollock caught on day boats off the coast of the British Isles to humanely reared meats from Orchard Farm Walcote and surrounding areas. Our pork is free range and is from Blythburgh .Our poultry is again free range from Diaper. Our chefs work hard to produce everything in our own kitchens; from basic stocks and pasta to delicious home made ice creams, all made from fresh wholesome produce.

Continuing on the eco theme, all our waste oil is collected for recycling and suppliers also recycle their cardboard delivery containers.
