Food Ethos

Understanding the origin of our ingredients is really important in order to do them justice and create something special for you. We always strive to source from local suppliers wherever possible, after all, local is tastier and fresh – it keeps the food miles down too!

80% of our meet and fish comes from UK producers; from the pollock caught on day boats off the coast of the British Isles, to the humanely reared meats from the Orchard Farm at Walcote and surrounding areas. Our pork is free-range and is from Blythburgh, our poultry is free-range from Diaper.

Our chefs work hrad to produce everything in our own kitchens; from basic stocks and pasta to delicious homemade ice creams - all made from fresh, wholesome produce.

Continued on the eco theme; all our waste oil is collected for recycling and our suppliers all recycle their cardboard delivery containers.
